The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced its highly anticipated recruitment exercise for 2025, offering eligible Nigerians the opportunity to join its ranks and contribute to national development.

  1. Recruitment Period

  5. Medical Fitness

    • Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, with proof of medical fitness from a recognized government hospital.
  6. Educational Qualifications

    • The recruitment exercise is open to three cadres, each with specific educational requirements:
      • Superintendent Cadre: University degree or HND with NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
      • Inspectorate Cadre: ND or NCE from an accredited institution.
      • Customs Assistant Cadre: Minimum of O’Level certificate (WAEC or NECO).
  7. Recruitment Goal

    • The NCS plans to recruit 3,927 officers in 2025 to enhance trade facilitation and support Nigeria’s economic recovery.
