Immediate past President of the Senate, Senator David Mark is currently under pressure to declare his interest in the presidential race.
This is just as the lawmaker representing Benue South at the Red Chamber has been asked to make his intention known before or on 30th of June, 2018.
A group, under the aegis of Congress of Middle Belt Agenda, said Mark’s silence is no longer golden.
Adams James Ochenokwu, in a statement issued on Wednesday and obtained by IDOMA VOICE, vowed that if Mark failed to ‘do the needful’ within the said time, they would have not option than to do it on his behalf.
“We are tired of waiting of Mark. Nigeria needs a man like him. Only him can take us to where we belong. We might be force to declare on his behalf if he fails to do the needful between now and June 30, 2018,” parts of the statement read.
