2019: Otukpo PDP members in diaspora declare support for Egli Ahubi (Photos)

The campaign team of Hon. Egli Johnson Ahubi, the Deputy Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Otukpo/Ohimini has recieved the support of Otukpo sons and daughters who are members of the PDP in Europe and America.

Hon. Egli announced the presence of Mrs Odeh Ojoma an indigen of Benue State with Origin from Otukpo-Icho and Upu village in Otukpo local government but a resident in the United Kingdom during his ward-to-ward tour in Otobi, Okete and Ewulo ward respectively.

Mrs. Odeh who is a member of the PDP in the UK and the Ogigomebe K’Otukpo while addressing the people of Otukpo during the Hon. Egli Ahubi’s tour, reinstate PDP’s commitment to improve the health care of the people.

In her words: “I came all the way from London to see how we can contribute our own qouta to the development of our people and land.

“Outside being a member of the PDP in Europe, I also posses great knowledge in human health care and I am ready to join forces with Egli, Abba Moro and others to see how we can improve our peoples health. In the UK, you can receive any medical attention you require right in your house. So, if you vote for our PDP candidates, I am assuring you of possible collaboration with our members in Europe and America to see how we can replicate the same thing here. ” She added.

The House of Representatives hopeful on his path commended the international party member for her contribution to the growth of the party and the lives of the Otukpo people even before stepping her foot on the motherland.

Those present at the different venues of the lawmaker’s tour includes former Nigeria Communication commission chairman, Chief Egbe Igoh, Otukpo local government council chairman, Hon. Chief George Alli, Benue State PDP women leader, Hon. Mrs. Abeje Cynthia Egwa, Cheif David Onyilokwu Ekwo,Chief Dr. Adakole Friday Elijah, Hon. Gabriel Olofu, Hon. Momoh Uji, Engr. Francis Ogbanje, Chief Jubilee Oono, Hon. Brooks, Hon. Peter Uloko, Chief Akpe Obogo, Chief Alexander Aleji, Hon. Adah Alechenu, Mrs Ahubi amongst others.
