One Silas Enamari, an aspirant for the 2023 Benue State House of Assembly election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on thursday narrowly escaped death by whiskers after armed men shot at his car.
The incident happened along the Ukwo-Orokam road in Owukpa.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that the suspected kidnappers met their water as they were nabbed by Owukpa vigilante group.
Meanwhile, another source said the rest of the kidnappers that escaped moved to another direction which they hacked an Igbo business man that was returning from Ukwo Owukpa Market.
