The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on Monday met with six governors of the party in Lagos as part of preparation for next year’s presidential election.
The governors present at the meeting were Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State, Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State, Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State, Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State and Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State.
Details of the meeting were not known but it might not be unconnected with fine-tuning plans by the APC to win next year’s presidency.
