The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, has called on electorates in Nasarawa State to support him at the polls in 2023.
Obi promised that if voted into power, his government would fight poverty, corruption and will not steal money like others have been doing.
The Labour Party candidate made the promise on Saturday during Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital during the party’s rally.
Peter Obi was in company of his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed; National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure; and other members of the party’s campaign council.
He vowed to pull the people of Nasarawa, especially the youths out of power if given the opportunity to lead the nation in 2023.
Earlier, Obi and his entourage made a stop at the Emir of Lafia’s Palace.
