Stop making empty promises, present workable plans — Agada tells Tinubu, Atiku, Obi
Agada made the call on Wednesday during an interview on Arise Television’s Morning Show. He criticised politicians for making promises without explaining how they would fulfil them.
He said successive governments spend too much time identifying problems and setting up committees instead of implementing solutions.
“Political campaigns in Nigeria have focused on fine speeches for decades rather than practical solutions.
“I challenge my fellow presidential candidates, Tinubu, Atiku and Peter Obi, to present their plans for Nigerians,” Agada said.
He urged candidates promising jobs, better healthcare and economic recovery to explain how they would deliver. He also asked them to provide clear timelines and figures to support their promises.
Agada blamed poor coordination among government agencies for abandoned projects and facilities that no longer serve their intended purposes.
He cited the health sector, arguing that hospitals cannot serve communities effectively without access roads, water and electricity.
The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has cleared Agada and 17 other candidates to contest the 2027 presidential election
