2Baba set to marry Natasha Osawaru after split from Annie Idibia

Veteran Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, may be preparing to officially marry his new lover, Natasha Osawaru, following the collapse of his marriage to Annie Idibia.

IDOMA VOICE reports that while 2Baba and Natasha’s relationship has sparked controversy, the couple appears unfazed by public scrutiny.

A recent video circulating online shows the duo visiting Abuja-based fashion designer Seyi Vodi, where Natasha was casually heard inquiring about the readiness of her wedding dress.

Sources quoted by the Nigerian Tribune suggest Natasha is determined to become the legally recognized Mrs. Idibia and may soon achieve her goal. Industry insiders speculate that a traditional wedding could occur before the year’s end.

“She’s serious about this. She wants to be the official Mrs. Idibia, and from all indications, she might get her wish soon,” a close source revealed.

However, family sources claim that 2Baba’s mother is strongly against his new relationship and has refused to give her blessing. She reportedly remains loyal to Annie and believes Natasha’s presence is deepening family divisions.

Despite this opposition, 2Baba appears resolute. Known for his calm and private nature, the singer has not made any public statement regarding his alleged wedding plans. However, those close to him suggest he is firm in his decision to move forward with Natasha.
