Delegates from 48 nations around the world converged at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre (DIGC) in Abuja for the 2023 International Ministers’ Flaming Fire Conference, which concluded with a joyful thanksgiving service on Sunday.
The event drew thousands of attendees from Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, who joined together in the 100,000-seater Glory Dome at the DIGC headquarters on Airport Road in Abuja. The five-day conference was filled with powerful sessions, worship, gospel songs, and spiritual messages.
Under the theme “The Forces of Revival,” the conference officially commenced on the evening of Tuesday, August 22. Prior to the formal opening, a healing and deliverance service took place that morning, followed by a relationship and family breakthrough service the previous day.
Throughout the conference, both morning and evening sessions were conducted, culminating in an all-night service titled “Worship, Word and Wonders” on Friday night. Senior Pastor Paul Enenche and his wife, Becky Paul-Enenche, played integral roles in leading and ministering to the attendees.
During the opening sermon titled “What is Revival?” on Tuesday evening, Pastor Paul Enenche, a medical doctor, highlighted the significance of the present era as a time of drastic divine movement, often referred to as the “end time.” Drawing from Acts 8: 5-8 as an anchor scripture, he identified 13 features of revival. These included the saturation with a heavenly climate, the manifestation of Almighty power, the dismantling of evil forces, the liberation and restoration of individuals, and the transformation of lives.
Further features encompassed the impact on cities and territories, the intensification of zeal and passion for God, supernatural encounters and visitations, and the outpouring of joy and celebration. The conference offered a platform for believers to deepen their spiritual connection and engage with the message of revival in a dynamic and enriching environment.
Apart from the attendees physically present, the conference reached a global audience through online streaming, television broadcasts, and social media platforms. The International Ministers’ Flaming Fire Conference serves as an avenue for spiritual growth, fellowship, and the exploration of the forces of revival that shape the spiritual landscape of the present age.
