My family ruined my marriage with Annie, now they’re targeting Natasha- 2Baba

Nigerian music icon Innocent ‘2Baba’ Idibia has accused members of his family of repeatedly interfering in his private life, alleging that their actions contributed to the collapse of his marriage to Annie Idibia and are now threatening his relationship with Natasha.

In an emotional video, 2Baba said the situation has become dangerous, claiming that Natasha is currently receiving death threats.

According to him, “My family destroyed my marriage with Annie. Now they’re after Natasha.”

The singer said the harassment and negative narratives from within his inner circle have caused immense damage.

“They have actually destroyed me… Natasha is getting death threats right now,” he said.

“You say you’re trying to save me, but you’re killing me. You’re killing us.”

2Baba stressed that he is mentally fine and capable of making decisions about his personal life, dismissing claims suggesting otherwise.

“I’m a grown man and I believe I have the rights to be a grown man,” he said.

“Painting me to be mentally unstable… This is ridiculous. This is equivalent to killing somebody.”

He also accused some family members and associates of fabricating stories about him, saying the interference has become unbearable.

“What my family is doing… fabricating so many lies… It has become so dangerous. It’s not funny anymore. I’m totally devastated,” he stated.

The singer appealed to the public and his relatives to allow him to live his life and stop the attacks on Natasha.

“Please, just stay out of my private and personal life. Just let us be. That’s the only simple appeal that I have,” he said.

2Baba hinted that he may reveal more details soon, saying he has tolerated the situation for too long.

“In the next couple of days, I’m going to really speak up and say a whole lot of things I’ve been quiet about,” he warned.
