Gov Ortom appoints Kenneth Achabo SA on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs

Following the death of Elder Jerome Tor Shimbe, Governor Samuel Ortom has appointed Hon. Barr. Kenneth Achabo Atam as his Special Adviser on Local Government And Chieftaincy Affairs.
Until his appointment, Achado was a Principal Senior Assistant to the governor.
He graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he studied law.
