Abba Moro reacts as Buhari appoints Sonny Echono TETFUND Executive Secretary

The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Moro, congratulates Arch. Sunday S.T. Echono on his appointment as Executive Secretary, Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND).
Arch. Echono’s appointment was announced in a statement signed by the Director, Press and Public Relations at the Federal Ministry of Education, Ben. Bem Goong. He is taking over from Prof. Sulaiman Elias Bogoro whose 5-year tenure ends on 18th March 2022.
Senator Moro describes Arch. Echono as a well refined gentleman and an accomplished technocrat. He says the appointment is well-deserved and a round peg in a round hole, considering the appointee’s wealth of experience spanning infrastructure, business administration, procurement management, ICT and the education sectors.
The Senator congratulates and wishes him well. He also thanks President Buhari for considering his Constituent for the job.
