Abba Yaro inaugurated as Caretaker Chairman of Benue APC, to remain in office till June 2021

The event took place earlier today at the National Secretariat of the party in Abuja.

Comrade Emmanuel Abba Yaro has been inaugurated as Caretaker Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Benue State chapter for six months.

Yaro, who was nearly lynched in Makurdi over the death of his domestic worker recently, will be steering the Benue APC affairs in Caretaker capacity until June 2021 when a substantive chairman of the party would be inaugurated.

Recall that there was disquiet on Tuesday in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), following the dissolution of ward, local government and state executive committees by the National Executive Committee (NEC).
