Actor Jim Iyke has revealed that his movie “Light in the Dark” was removed from YouTube due to a scene deemed inappropriate.

In an Instagram post, Iyke shared his disappointment, noting that the movie had garnered over 600,000 views in just a few days before it was taken down. Despite the setback, he remained positive and expressed gratitude to his team for their dedication and hard work.

“Hey everyone, the original version of our movie ‘LIGHT IN THE DARK’ on JIMIYKE TV was taken down. They deemed one of the scenes inappropriate based on feedback received. It’s been challenging, to say the least. Over 600k views accumulated in just a few days. The time, effort, and passion my team put into these projects is invaluable. But I’m not deterred. My energy has always come from positivity and a winner’s mentality,” Iyke said in the post.

He encouraged fans to support the revised version of the movie, now available on his channel. “A new version is up now, and I need as many people as possible to watch, share, and spread the word. If you supported the first one or missed it, this is your chance to help keep the project alive,” he added.

Jim Iyke emphasized that the support of his fans is crucial for the success of the project, stating, “We’ve been down this road before. Your support and goodwill win the day eventually. I cannot thank you enough for everything. Every view, every share, and every comment makes a huge difference.”
