Adaji: Appeal Court sacks Benue Deputy Speaker

Rt. Hon. Chris Adaji, the member representing Ohimini state constituency who doubles as the Deputy Speaker of the Benue state House of Assembly has lost in his appeal to challenge the verdict of the Election Petition Tribunal.

Recall that IDOMAVOICE reported that the EPT ordered for the conduct of fresh elections in two polling units of the Deputy Speakers constituency.

The court insisted that fresh elections should be conducted within 90 days.
