Ado LG boss, James Oche to intervene in helping 3 year-old rape victim

Ado Council Boss who visited the four year old rape victim’s family in Otukpo yesterday alongside Hon. David Perfect, Udeh Adole and Agaba Kelly has promised to contribute his might in assuring that justice is done in the matter. The three year was alleged to have been raped by an adult a case which is been investigated by the police.Recall that IDOMAVOICE reported the sexual assault of a 4 year-old girl by one Mr Clement Ikechukwu Ogenyi, a 60 year-old man in Otukpo during the weekend.

Medical evidence at the time of this report reveals that the victim was actually raped. The victim who hails from Ado Local Government has attracted the attention of Ado Council boss who has promised to hire a Human rights lawyer to watch brief alongside State prosecutors to make sure justice is done to the victim and her family.The Honourable Chairman took to his Facebook account to reiterate his administration’s commitment to access justice and credence to rule of law. He has also praised the Benue State House of Assembly for domesticating the Administration of Criminal Justice Act which will aid speedy dispensation of justice.Oche has vowed to support the State in making sure proper investigation was done to ensure speedy dispensation of justice. For the umpteenth time, Comrade Oche has demonstrated astute leadership in giving all Ado indigene a sense of security.
