NOTICE OF SCREENING AND VERIFICATION FOR TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF OF COUNCIL
Sequel to the constitution of the Primary School Teachers Screening and verification committee, urgent notice is hereby given that, all teaching and non teaching staff of primary schools in Ado Local Government Area are to avail themselves at the council Secretariat from Wednesday 17th to Saturday 20th July, 2019 for the exercise.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SCREENING AND VERIFICATION
1. First letter of Appointment
2. Last letter of Promotion.
3. Statement of Bank Account for last 6 months
4. Bank Verification Number (BVN)
5. Certificate of Birth/Declaration of age (if any).
6. Original and photocopies of Certificates Obtained with dates
7. Evidence of Change of Name
8. 4 Recent Passport Photographs
9. Last Placement of work
NOTE IMPORTANTLY
1. That Head Teachers are by this notice requested to, and as a matter of importance, come along with their schools’ Time Book
2. That all staff are enjoined to, on Monday 15th July 2019 consult their respective banks to obtain their bank statements for the last 6 months.

Utonko District: Wednesday 17th July, 2019
Apa/Agila district Thursday 18th July, 2019
Ijigban/Ekile District Friday 19th July, 2019
Ulayi /lgumale District Saturday 20th July, 2019
