Again, herdsmen strike in Benue, kill three (Photos)

Armed men suspected to be fulani herdsmen killed not fewer than three persons after they attacked a village in Benue state.

The suspected fulani militias lunched the attack on Ahume village along Makurdi-Naka road in the early hours of Friday, April 30th.

It was gathered that men of the Nigerian army were alerted while the bandits ran to another village called Tse Nyarei where they killed the 3 persons and injured many others.

The soldiers followed and met the herdsmen militias at the river bank where they exchanged fire with them.

Unfortunately, the militias were able to escape the military men and cross the river to Nassarawa State.
