Agatu massacre: Names of those killed by hersmen in Odugbeho

Identities of some of residents of Odugbeho in Agatu local government area of Benue state who were massacred on Sunday by marauding herdsmen have been unveiled.

IDOMA VOICE reported that over 40 residents were murdered on Sunday following an unprovoked attack on the agrarian community by suspected herdsmen.

Below is the list some of the victims who were murdered in the attack:

1. Chief Ali Oche

2. Mr. Ademu Eje

3. Musa Ukpetu (Judo)

4. Mr. Baba Amedu (Tutu)

5. Sarduana Oyinu (Ajaga)

6. Mr. Ocho Okolo

7. Ojela Baba

8. Alheri Omaikwu

9. Echechofu Ali

10. Aboje Joseph Aboje

11. Abu Joseph Aboje

12. Godwin Abu(A1)

13. Omale Steven

14 Musa Ogba Ajene

15. Ofugocho Ajene

16. Sani Oketa

17. Ormeh

18. Idu Oyigebi’s son

They were all murdered yesterday in Odugbeho Agatu in Agatu

“There are severe consequences attached to every unholy act perpetuated by enemies of the land.

Every single drop of blood shall be replied in proportionate measure,” Akpabana Alekwu – speaking on the death of his people this morning.
