The member representing Ado, Ogbadibo, and Okpokwu Federal Constituency and the Deputy Spokesman of the House of Representatives, Chief (Dr), Philip Agbese, extends his warmest felicitations to Chief Mike Okibe Onoja, CON, as he joyfully marks yet another birthday milestone.
Agbese describes Onoja as a towering figure within the realm of public service.
