Air Peace to resume Kaduna operations October 23 after 19-month

The largest airline in West and Central Africa, Air Peace has slated the recommencement of its Kaduna operations for October 23, 2023. Simultaneously, the airline has revealed plans for a special flight to Antigua and Barbuda on October 30, 2023.

In an official statement released on Friday, October 13, 2023, Stanley Olisa, the airline’s spokesperson, conveyed that Air Peace has meticulously arranged to resume flights to Kaduna on the specified date.

Olisa highlighted that the Kaduna route had been inactive since March 2022 due to security concerns. However, the airline is now eagerly looking forward to reestablishing air connectivity to the city after a hiatus of 19 months.

“Kaduna flight schedules are now live on the Air Peace website and tickets are selling already. We are happy to be resuming connectivity to the city and members of the flying public can visit www.flyairpeace.com or our mobile app to book”, the Spokesperson added.

Additionally, the prominent airline, boasting an impressive 98% schedule reliability and 87% on-time performance as per its Flight Performance Report for September, is gearing up for its second special Business Trip to Antigua and Barbuda in collaboration with Tour Brokers International.

According to Olisa, the trip is tailored for business proprietors, high-ranking executives, investors, and individuals with substantial wealth seeking to explore investment prospects in the two-island nation, as well as for tourists.

“We are partnering with Tour Brokers International which is offering a comprehensive package deal that includes ticket prices and hotel accommodation. It is a five-day trip. Departure from Lagos is on October 30 to return on November 5, 2023. To join this flight, contact our team businessdevelopment@flyairpeace.com”, Olisa said.

The airline achieved a historic milestone in August 2023 by becoming the initial Nigerian carrier to operate direct flights to Antigua and Barbuda.

Air Peace stands at the forefront of Nigeria’s aviation sector, expanding its reach with a network encompassing twenty domestic routes, eight regional routes, and five international destinations. The airline proudly possesses a continuously growing fleet of modern aircraft, which presently includes five recently acquired Embraer 195-E2s, along with a recent confirmed order for an additional five brand new E175s.
