Akase speaks on alleged plan to succeed Ortom as governor in 2013

Terver Akase, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has described his governorship campaign poster, which surfaced online on Friday, as work of detractors.

He insisted that the poster was done to pitch him against his principal, Ortom.

He said, ”I wish to make it clear that I did not ask anyone to print a campaign poster bearing my picture and name for 2023 Benue State Governorship election.

The person or persons who made the poster and circulated it on social media did so out of mischief.

I am quite busy handling the job Governor Samuel Ortom has assigned me to do as his Chief Press Secretary and therefore have no time for distractions.
