The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, on Monday, took to the boxing ring for a workout session to keep fit and healthy.
The 83-year-old monarch had a light work-out session at the Durbar Stadium in Oyo the boxing ring arena of the Durbar Stadium, Durbar Oyo Town.
Soaking during the exercise, Oba Adeyemi said, “It is important for one to look after his health and body because from cradle to the grave, it is all you have got and your main task is care for it.”
“Light work out is good and an essential part of healthy living for a healthy heart.”
