Governor Willie Obiano has delivered his local government area in the Anambra governorship election, held on Saturday.
Venatius Oke, a lecturer with University of Calabar, who announced the result for Anambra East LGA where Obiano hails from stated that there were incidences of over voting in about two polling units.
He declared the result this:
