Another Super Falcons star joins Oshoala, Ajibade at La Liga Femini

Super Falcons poster girl, Gift Monday has signed a deal to join Spanish Primera division team, UDG Tenerife from Robo Stars.

The vibrant youngsters follows the footsteps of record-setting African Best Player winner, Asisat Oshoala and Athletico Madrid’s winger Rasheedat Ajibade.

UDG Tenerife signed the Nigerian on a three year deal from Lagos based club, FC Robo Stars.

The 20-year-old came into limelight just over a year ago for FC Robo Queens in the Nigeria Women Football League, winning the league’s Player of the Season as well as top scorer while on loan at Bayelsa Queens.

She was nominated for the African Female Young Player of the Year and represented the Super Falcons at the just concluded Women African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
