An Abuja High Court has granted an ex-parte order seeking for non interference or disruption of the National Executive Committee meeting of the All Progressives Congress scheduled for March 17,2020
The order had been sought by National-Vice Chairman, North-East, Mustapha Salihu.
Presiding Judge, Justice S. U Bature also gave an order compelling The All Progressives Congress to give effect to the resolution of the National Working Committee on the NEC meeting of March 17, 2020 or any subsequent date pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice already fixed.
The order by the High Court may have been the final blow to the efforts of some members of the NWC loyal to embattled Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole to stop the NEC meeting.
