Asking price for ‘sought after’ Enyimba winger, Iwuala skyrockets to $1.5m

The asking price for highly-rated Enyimba and Super Eagles winger, Anayo Iwuala, has skyrocketed.

According to Futbalgalore the 22-year-old who was formerly valued at $1m is now worth $1.5m.

Anayo was impressive for the People’s Elephants and scored as they drew 1-1 against Pyramids in the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday.

The Aba side will not accept anything short of $1.5m for the forward, who is wanted by Angers and four other clubs in Europe.

The Peoples’ Elephants expect bids for the Super Eagles star in the upcoming window despite the wingerhaving one more year left on his current deal in Aba.

Iwuala is regarded as the best winger in Nigeria domestic football at the moment and has been a key figure for Enyimba this season.

He has been recalled by Super Eagles coach, Rohr for the double-head friendlies against Cameroon in Austria next month.
