The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Monday had a closed-door meeting between Governor Nyesom Wike and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
The meeting reportedly took place at Wike’s residence in Abuja on Monday May 30, 2022.
This is coming days after Wike lost the PDP presidential ticket to Atiku.
Details of the meeting are not known at the moment, but sources said it was aimed at pacifying the Rivers State governor to support Atiku’s candidature.
