Austine Agada is a liar, dictator, nobody threatened to kill him – Owukpa Youths Spokesman, Lawrence Okoh

I’m Comrade Lawrence Okoh from Owukpa Ogbadibo Local Government area. I am typing these few words with grief in my heart and I’m also appalled by Austine Agada’s Dictatorial Attitude Towards His People.When I say his people,i am not treading on paths across party lines but his biological root,the land of his forefathers called Owukpa.
Owukpa youth association has been in existence for a long time with their own vision,mission and passion independent of any organisation,association, government nor political party neither ruling or minority.It was formed to help the youth of our dear community to unite with one another and foster peace among our youth within and outside our community.

My disagreement with Austine Agada started yesterday.We were embarking on our usual youth convention which is not a new thing in our community.Every Owukpa born youth attends our youth meeting every month and our youth convention for election to elect a new exco;that is when the outgoing exco have finished their tenure and are ready to hand over their baton of leadership to a brand new exco. Every Registered youth in Owukpa plays active roles in this process.

Before I Proceed,i want you all to note that Dictator Austine Agada is not a member of our esteemed youth forum.The invitation was thrown open to every youth both home and abroad to join but Austine Agaga gave it a deaf ear.and all he could say is that the youth disappointed him during his election.

Yesterday Was Our Youth Convention.Many illustrious Owukpa youths from all works of life across the continent who are registered members of the forum were present and we were interacting as brothers and sisters which we truly are.Just as we were about doing the main business of the day which was the election process,dictator Austine Agada stormed in and introduced himself as the Personal assistant to the Secretary to the Benue State government and ordered us to close the meeting that the election must not hold .

There was nothing like a fight as of yesterday. But Austin threatened that he was going to use APC government on us. He has no proof of the youth attack on him. Why should the youth attack him as a Leader or as what? We were like;”who cares if you are the P.A to SSG”?

I must say that Dictor Austine Agada has some guts to come pull such stunt in our presence.We asked him why he was there since he bluntly refused to register.He said that he was there to impose the ruling party APC on us that the election must be postponed so that APC exco will be elected.We told him that politics will not be brought into the brotherhood and sisterhood that we share in our community that he should go back and form APC youth forum which will be more appropriate for his hidden agenda.

We thought we had silenced him for good because he stormed out threatening to use the SSG’s office to make our lives miserable,especially I who was the youths’ spokesperson but that was not so.The next thing we saw were policemen who came from Otukpa with the DPO inclusive because Dictator Agada had gone to lie that violent activity were going on in there.

On seeing the peaceful conduct in our midst,the DPO attested to the fact that there was no violence at all.My people, Austine Agada has been threatening to get me assassinated since yesterday.I need you all to pray to God to save my life and save me.
