Lagos state government has asked the Lagos police command to charge popular actor, Omiyinka James, otherwise known as Baba Ijesha to court using (5) sections under the Criminal Law of Lagos State. The punishments range from 3, 7, 14 years and life sentences if found guilty.
This was contained in a tweet shared by the CPS to the governor, Gboyega Akosile some minutes ago.
Recall that Baba Ijesha was arrested weeks ago after he was caught molesting a 14-year-old girl sexually.
