Bandit attack on Zamfara community leaves two injured, several abducted

Two persons were injured and several others abducted during a bandit attack on Galadi community in Shinkafi Local Government Area of Zamfara State on Sunday night.

The attack was revealed on Monday by security analyst Bakatsine via a post on his X handle.

“Yesterday night, bandits attacked Galadi community, Shinkafi LGA of Zamfara State. They injured two people and abducted several, including a pregnant woman and a nursing mother,” Bakatsine wrote.

At the time of reporting, the Zamfara State Police Command had yet to issue an official statement on the incident.
