Bandits attack Kware community in Sokoto, kill two residents

Suspected bandits launched a violent attack on Kware community in Sokoto State on Friday night, killing two residents.

The attackers, who opened fire indiscriminately, claimed the lives of Shamsu Na Alje and Ya’u Na Dudu.

Security analyst Bakatsine reported the incident on X (formerly Twitter), revealing that the assailants caused panic in the community during the late-night raid.

The post read: “Yesterday night, bandits stormed Kware community shooting sporadically, they killed two people, namely Shamsu Na Alje and Ya’u Na Dudu.”

As of now, no official statement has been released by Sokoto State authorities regarding the attack.
