Batman Forever actor Val Kilmer dies at 65

Legendary Hollywood actor Val Kilmer has passed away.

His daughter, Mercedes Kilmer, confirmed his death on Tuesday night, April 1, 2025.

Kilmer reportedly died in Los Angeles at the age of 65 after a prolonged battle with pneumonia.

Rising to fame with Top Gun, Kilmer was one of Hollywood’s biggest stars in the 1990s, known for his roles as Jim Morrison in The Doors, Doc Holliday in Tombstone, and Batman in Batman Forever. He also starred in Heat (1995), The Saint (1997), Willow (1988), and more recently, Top Gun: Maverick.
