Starting this weekend, the eviction jury system on the Big Brother Naija All Stars reality show will be discontinued.
This decision comes shortly after Kiddwaya’s elimination, which occurred less than 24 hours after he was voted out by a panel consisting of Saskay, Vee, and Elozonam.
Kiddwaya’s departure marked the third instance in which a contestant was evicted via the jury system, with Princess and Uriel being the first two, having been ousted by separate groups of former BBNaija housemates.
Since its implementation three weeks ago, the jury-based eviction process has sparked controversies and drawn criticism.
As a result of this recent development, the reality show’s organizers will revert to the original format of eviction, relying on fan votes to determine which housemates will exit the competition.
