BBNaija All Stars: Whitemoney denies romantic interest in Uriel

Hazel Oyeze Onou, a former housemate of Big Brother Naija All Stars, has vehemently denied proposing a romantic relationship to Uriel Oputa, contradicting her previous assertion.

Uriel, who exited the reality show in August, had alleged that Whitemoney displayed hostility towards her in the house because he had pursued a romantic involvement, which she declined.

During an interview with The Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos on Tuesday, Whitemoney firmly stated that he had no romantic intentions towards Uriel.

When asked if he had ever been romantically interested in Uriel, Whitemoney responded with a clear “In capital letters, no!”

He went on to clarify that he and Uriel initially met at a restaurant and struck up a friendship. Subsequently, Uriel approached him for assistance with N100,000, a request he fulfilled the following day. He explained, “I felt led by my spirit to give her N100k as a form of support. In my mind, I thought the amount was too small, but that’s what I was guided to give, so I did.”

Whitemoney emphasized that his interaction with Uriel took a business-oriented turn after he discovered her talent as a singer, leading him to propose a business collaboration.
