BBNaija Season9 winner Kellyrae: ‘I’m not rich yet, stop asking me for money

Big Brother Naija Season 9 winner, Kellyrae, has expressed frustration over the flood of financial requests from family and friends.

The reality star shared that ever since he mentioned online that he gave his wife, Kassia, N55 million from his prize money, he has been inundated with constant requests for financial assistance.

He revealed this during a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, where he pleaded with those seeking financial favors to give him some time to settle.

“I started getting calls from people close to us after I said I gave Kassia N55 million, asking for their own share of my prize money,” he said.

“I want to tell everyone, I’m not rich yet, please. The money may seem big, but things are expensive. Even if I want to buy eggs, how many crates can I buy? Please, let a brother settle.”

Kellyrae won N60 million in cash and a brand-new car worth N40 million after emerging as the champion of the ninth season of Big Brother Naija.
