Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Benue State on Administration, Comrade Austin Agada has resigned his appointment ahead of the 2019 general elections.
Agada in a letter dated May 28th, 2018 stated that he was resigning in line with the Governor’s directive that any political appointee aspiring for elective position in the forthcoming general elections should resign his or her appointment.
Agada said he desired to resign to avail him the opportunity to pursue his aspiration to represent the good people of Ogbadibo local government in the Benue State House of Assembly.
He appreciated Governor Samuel Ortom and the APC leadership for the opportunity given to him to serve as one of the Governor’s aides under the change era.
Speaking with New-Nigeria Reporters, Agada pledged his total loyalty to the APC leadership while promising to introduce a new leadership chapter in the history of Benue politics.
