Benue-born Russell Orhii declared world strongest man in Sweden

Benue-born Russell Tiza Orhii has been declared ‘world strongest man’ after winning the gold medal in the just concluded world powerlifting championship held in Sweden.

Orhii who represented the United States of America (USA) was pronounced the world strongest man in the 83kg category.

Reacting to his victory, the world strongest man said “Thank you guys for all the love! I literally can’t get back to everyone so here’s a post thank EVERYONE that has followed my journey this year! It means the world to me. I couldn’t have done this without YOU ALL!” He added.
