Benue-born young soldier, Onah John Ali killed by Boko Haram in Borno (PHOTOS)

A young Benue-born soldier, Onah John Ali has been killed by members of the Boko Haram insurgents in Borno State.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that Onah was among the victims of the bomb blast,which ripped through the city of Maiduguri on Thursday.

Confirming the ugly incident, Tom Vera National Vice Chair lady of Idoma Culture and Tradition, a social cultural group described the demise of Ali as sad and unfortunate.
She prayed God to give the family the fortitude to bear irreparable loss.
Ali was a former student of Army Day Secondary School Lokoja, Kogi state.
