Following the death of the Paramount Ruler of the Etulo Kingdom, Otse Etulo Ugye Idoko Ambiwa and the subsequent communal crisis that rocked the boat of installing a new king, the Etulo people have been without a paramount ruler since 2008.
After 13 Years of waiting, the Good People of Etulo Kingdom have reasons to celebrate again. They now have a New King and successor of Ugye Idoko Ambiwa who died 13 years ago (10 July, 2008), in the person of HRH. Douglas Yobe Agishi the 16th Otse Etulo.
The development has thrown many Etulo sons and daughters into joyous mood, as they took to their various social media handles to congratulate the new Otse Etulo.
An elated Adekaa Mdima a Senior Reporter of the TRANSMITTER Newspaper who hails from Etulo could not hide her joy as she also took to her social media handle (Facebook) to congratulate the newly installed Otse Etulo saying;
“May Your Reign be Fruitful.
May Your Reign bring Good tidings and take the Etulo People forward and to our desired Land flowing with Milk and Honey.
Long Live the People of Etulo.
Long Live HRH Otse Douglas Yobe Agishi.”
