Governor Samuel Ortom, on the behalf of his family and the Government of Benue State, deeply sympathizes with Majority Leader of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Tyoapine Cheme, over the death of his wife.
The Governor describes the demise of Mrs Cheme as shocking and quite painful, not only to her family but also to the entire State.
He says the late wife of Hon. Cheme was a God-fearing woman who upheld true Christian virtues and related cordially with those who came in contact with her.
Governor Ortom consoles the Majority Leader and the entire Cheme family to take solace in the fact that their wife and mother lived an exemplary life and has gone to be with the Lord.
He prays that God grants the deceased eternal rest.
