Benue: How Terkula Suswam, aide were murdered with gunmen in ‘Dog Nyash’

Fresh facts have continued to emerge over the murder of Terkula Suswam, elder brother of serving Senator Gabriel Suswam of Benue State.

The sad event occurred at Anyiin in Gaambetiev of Logo Local Government Area at about 8.40 pm on Tuesday.

Sources told IDOMA VOICE that the late Suswam was working outside his compound when a Toyota car, popular called as “Dog Nyash” approached and opened fire on him.

On sighting the vehicle and suspected its occupants were on a mission, he made attempt to run into the compound before he was gunned down.

The gunmen also killed his aide who was with him.

At the moment, no group or individual has claimed responsibility for the dastardly act, however, sources are accusing some boys loyal to the slain terrorist, Terwase Akwaza also known as Gana.

Meanwhile, tributes and tears have continued to pour in over the murder of Suswam.

Many Benue indigenes have described the deceased as an easygoing person.
