Chef Victor broke the Guinness World Record by cooking nonstop for an astonishing 135 hours.
House of Reps Summons Benue State Officials: The House of Representatives has summoned the Special Adviser to the Benue State Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Dennis Akura, and others for questioning regarding the alleged embezzlement of N20 billion belonging to the 23 local government councils of the state. Accompanying Akura will be the Directors-General of Services and Administration (DGSAs) from the 23 local governments, cashiers, and other key staff members of the Benue State Government. They are expected to answer questions regarding gross abuse of office and massive fraud.
Benue State Government Bans Political Gatherings: The Benue State Government has announced the reasons behind its decision to ban political gatherings and meetings in the state. The ban covers all forms of intra-party and inter-group meetings in the north-central state until further notice.
Miss Idoma International Crowned: Miss Jennifer Sylvester Olekwu was officially crowned as Miss Idoma International on Saturday. Alongside her, Unazi Blessing Agbatenyi was crowned Miss Idoma Tourism, Adanu Ohili Juliana as Miss Idoma Culture, and Owoicho Ada Theresa as Idoma Ambassador. The coronation ceremony took place on Saturday in Abuja.
