Nigerians, especially natives of Benue State have reacted to a High Court judgement, which on Tuesday nullified all the primaries conducted by the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State.
Justice E.A. Obile in his judgment agreed with the plaintiffs that they were wrongly excluded in the election of delegates to participate in the party primaries.
The judge therefore ruled that all those elected from the primary should not be recognized as candidates.
Following the judgement, many people believe that the party may fail to produce any candidate in Benue State following the litigations hanging on its neck as a result of its primaries.
