Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Chief Ekpe Dennis Ogbu says the Executive Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom remains focused and continues to deliver dividends of democracy to the doorsteps of Benue people despite distraction by opposition and those that don’t mean well for the state.
Ogbu made this statement today Thursday, 7th April, 2022 while conducting pressmen round the premise of the permanent site of the ministry located along Anyaka Street, Off Makurdi Local Government Secretariat Makurdi.
The commissioner said it was a herculean task conducting activities from the former office of the ministry which was a rented apartment, accommodating only the Administrative Department, leaving other departments scattered at different locations in Makurdi, adding that the relocation of the ministry to it’s permanent by Gov Ortom would enhance service delivery, easy accessibility and bring about synergy for rapid achievement of the vision and mission of the ministry.
