Former Deputy Speaker of Benue State House of Assembly, Egli John Ahubi has lost his bid to return to the Assembly.
Egli, who represented Otukpo/Akpa State constituency between 2015-2019, lost to John Abba.
Egli contested the Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency seat against her cousin, Blessing Onuh but lost.
He decided to return to the state assembly in 2023 but still lost the ticket.
