Benue South: David Mark knows fate Saturday as Appeal Court delivers judgment

By Ameh Godwin
Come Saturday, April 28, the Appeal court siting in Makurdi will determine whether immediate past Senate President and floor member of the National Assembly, David Mark truly got re-elected for 5th term.
Onjeh had dragged Mark to court over his victory at the poll, citing irregularities and electoral malpractices during the election.
Earlier, the Tribunal in a controversial judgment threw out Onjeh’s case on the ground that his cases were not strong enough to nail his opponent, Mark.

Irked by the development, Onjeh stormed Appeal Court to further press his charges.
A statement issued by one of Onjeh’s Media Aides to Daniel Onjeh, Chief Eloyi Ogbe says the judgement is expected to be delivered by 9:00 CAT at the Court of Appeal sitting in Markudi.
Eloyi further expressed optimism that  Justice shall prevail this time around.
