Benue South: We are loyal to APC – G-9

PRESS STATEMENT

The Caucus of G-9 Benue South Progressives Forum met on Sunday, 23rd October, 2022 to review the activities of G-9 so far and after careful appraisals, we firmly resolved as follows:

1. That APC is our party and we are 100% loyal and committed to making the Party win the 2023 general elections Top down – National elections to State elections.

2. That we once again reinstate our full support for our party, APC, in Benue State, and we shall spare no effort in ensuring total victory for the party in the state at all times.

3. That we are inherently committed to defending the interest and dignity of the Benue South people at all times.

4. That we condemn the attempt by some of our members who clandestinely used the name of our noble group to enter into alliances with the PDP and other political parties in order to undermine the chances of our party in the 2023 election.

5. That we shall do all our best to prevent such sabotage in our midst and outside our group.

6. That G-9 general Summit will hold on Saturday, 29th October, 2022 at Double K Hotel, Otukpo, Benue State, by 10 am prompt.

7. That all our LG and Ward Coordinators are, by this press statement, directed to mobilize our members for the summit.

Signed:

Akor Ikwuoche,
