Benue State University students lament as ASSU goes on indefinite strike

The Academic Staff Union of University, ASUU, Benue State University chapter has embarked on indefinite strike.

The union said it decided to embark on the industrial action following the refusal of the state governor, Samuel Ortom to pay them their allowances and other related issues.

Meanwhile, students of the institution have lamented the constant strike in the university, which had crippled academic activities.
A Mass Comm student of the university who spoke with IDOMA VOICE said she might be settling for something else instead of wasting her time in the school.
