The much anticipated 3-Day Workshop been organized by Benue Tech Forum kicks off today in Makurdi, Benue state.
The workshop will see participants from all over Benue state come together to receive practical training by industry experts in web development and digital marketing. It is the first of its kind hosted by Benue Tech Forum.
Benue Tech Forum aims to develop the tech ecosystem in the state by bringing tech people from all over the state together. And also by empowering people with industry standard knowledge and skills that will enable them succeed. It is a gathering workshop for web developers, tech enthusiasts, digital marketers and anyone with interest in internet entrepreneurship.
The workshop which is on web development and social media/digital marketing will equip participants with all the necessary skills to build great web applications/sites, work with popular content management systems (CMS) and teach them all about digital marketing.
Web development is a highly marketable skill as almost every business and organization understand the importance of setting up a webpage where people (customers) can easily find them on the internet. Digital marketing is to a large extent more affordable than traditional marketing and should not be neglected.
